Service description

YCAC is a Specialist Homelessness Service providing support for people who are at risk of homelessness, who are Homeless and those experiencing Domestic and Family Violence. Our support is for Youth 16-24, Men, Women and Families. We cover Young, Boorowa, Harden, Cootamundra and Temora

Eligibility

•  At risk of Homelessness: Prevention/ Early intervention
• Homeless: Support to find long term housing
• Domestic and Family Violence: Safety planning, Crisis Accommodation
