Service Description

HASI provides housing and mental health recovery support to people with mental health issues, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

The HASI program provides support to individuals who are experiencing serve and injuring mental health issues and are experiencing homelessness or risk of homelessness. The support HASI provides is individualised to the person’s personal needs and identified goals. This support is recovery focused and can include support with housing applications, support to appointments, daily living skills, connection to the community, appropriate referrals, and collaboration with other service providers to get the best outcome to meet the individual needs.

Eligibility

Individuals with a severe or injuring mental illness, who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.

Referral Process

MHDA Alliance referral form is used
