Telephone Outreach Program (TRISS) for people living with mental health challenges. The TRISS outreach program aims to address social isolation and loneliness by providing weekly emotional and social support over the phone by volunteers.

Service: Telephone Outreach program (TRISS)

Eligibility Criteria: This service is available for age groups typically 18 years and up. Anyone facing loneliness or social isolation and living with a mental health challenge is eligible to participate in this NSW Health funded program.
