Service Description

• Parenting support through virtual, face to face or group options. Appointments and discussion will focus on clients individual goals / strategies

Operating Hours

• 0800 – 1630 Monday – Friday excluding public holidays

Eligibility Criteria

• Families with children from birth up to 3 years of age

• birth – 3yrs of age

  By submitting a formal referral, collaborative care within the multidisciplinary team can be enhanced as needed for clients.
