Operating Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Eligibility Criteria

• Designed for youth and adults ages 12-50yrs
• Accepting clients: private, self-funded, government funded and NDIS funded participants (self-managed and plan-managed).
• Located within Griffith or surrounding towns.

Age Range

• 12-50yrs

Referral process

• Referral / Expression of interest are submitted online via website: www.thesupspot.com
• Each submission is assessed case by case basis and current availabilities to ensure high quality of service.
• If submission is accepted, the client/participant and authorised representative (e.g parent, caregiver or guardian) is contact to arrange further information, meet and greet followed by on-boarding processes.

Cost of service

• Costing is case by case however NDIS participants is in-line with NDIS pricing schedule.
