Individuals aged 16 years and over who are seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, mood dysregulation, or related psychological concerns.
Clients must be able to participate safely and independently in outpatient therapy and engage in regular sessions either in person or via telehealth.
A formal referral is not required; however, clients may be referred by a GP with a Mental Health Treatment Plan to receive a Medicare rebate.
The service is suitable for people seeking to engage in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed work, and EMDR. Clients should have the cognitive and emotional capacity to participate in structured therapeutic work and to collaborate on treatment goals.
Referrals can be made via telephone, email or online via website.
