Providing information and support in Suicidal distress, understanding PTSD, physical health and substance use, self-care, and parenting with mental illness.

Eligibility Criteria

• Have been impacted by suicide, including:
• Bereavement of a current or ex-serving defence member
• Supporting a current or ex-serving defence member in suicidal distress
• Are a carer or family member of this person
• Are over 18
• Have not experienced suicide bereavement within the last 6 months

Referral Process

• Via email, website or phone.
  can self-refer or be referred by someone or an organisation
