Service description

MyStep to Mental Wellbeing provides a range of therapeutic services which is aimed at supporting people wanting to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing. These include counselling, peer support work, in-reach to residential aged care and team care services.

Eligibility

MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Services are available to all people who reside within the catchment area and who are seeking support to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing.
