Eligibility Criteria

• Adults and older adolescents (15+)
• Suitable for individuals seeking psychological support that can be provided via telehealth
• A GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan are required for Medicare-rebated services. Funding options such as NDIS, private health and other insurance are welcome
• Not suitable for individuals requiring emergency or crisis intervention

Referral Process

• Referrals and enquiries are welcome from individuals, GPs, specialists and support coordinators.
• Individuals can self-refer, and GPs may provide a Mental Health Care Plan for Medicare-rebated services.
