• Mental Health counselling service
• Interventions are evidence based, focused psychological strategies including; CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and general counselling.
• Sessions offered can be face-to-face or via telehealth

Operating Hours

• Wednesday – Thursday: 10am – 6.30pm

Eligibility Criteria

• Ages 10yrs – 30yrs of age
• Experiencing, emerging or diagnosed with a Mental Health disorder
• As otherwise discussed by referrer during referral process

• All referrals with a GP mental health plan are eligible for Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year
