Service Description

Intereach provides NDIS Local Area Coordination Services (LAC) across the Murrumbidgee NDIS region of NSW. The NDIS is the national scheme to support people with disability to achieve their goals, participate in their communities and to provide care to them, their families and their carers with personalised, flexible care and support.

Intereach assists with all scheme aspects including but not limited to; accessing the scheme, linking people to Community and Mainstreams supports and assisting to navigate the NDIS planning pathway. Intereach is also an information and referral service committed to linking people to the supports that they require and we welcome non NDIS related enquiries also.

Eligibility Criteria

• Be aged between 0-65 years of age.
• Have a permanent or lifelong disability or Mental Health Diagnosis and require supports to live and enjoy life.
• Be classed as an Australian Resident.
