Service description

We provide a safe and confidential environment for young people to access services across four areas:

  • physical health
  • mental health
  • alcohol and other drugs support
  • work and study assistance

Eligibility

  • Young people 12- 25 years
  • Medicare card (however not essential)

Costs

This is a free service for young people 12-25 years. We bulk bill all appointments – which means that there will be no out of pocket costs to you. All you need to do is bring your medicare card along with you. If you don’t have a medicare card, don’t panic. Simply have a conversation with the worker who takes your referral and they will discuss some options with you.

How do I organise an appointment or referral?

GPs, family, friends, and young people can all make a referral for a young person or themselves to attend the centre. Please ensure young people 14 years and over are consenting to a referral being made for them.

The referral can be made by calling us, dropping by the centre or by emailing or faxing us a referral form.

Referral forms can be found on our website here and here

More info

Our centre is wheelchair friendly, with disabled parking available to cater for every young person’s needs.
