Service description

headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation that helps young people between the ages of 12 and 25 who are going through a confusing or tough time.  headspace is a place where young people can get confidential health advice, support and information.

Eligibility

  • Clients aged between 12-25 years.
  • Headspace is a voluntary service for young people seeking assistance for non- acute supports in:
    – Physical (including sexual health)
    – Psychological and those at risk of not engaging with services.
    – Family issues
    – Drug and alcohol
    – Job placement, work and training support
    – Education and study

Referral Process

  • Clients are able to self- refer or be referred by another agency, GP, family member or friend via face- to -face presentation, online, phone or email.
  • Anyone wishing to refer a client can contact our office via phone, email or drop in and complete a referral form.
