Eligibility Criteria

Clients will need Medicare, Mental Health Care Plan referral, and payment details (credit/debit card) to protect the psychologist against late cancellations (24hr cancellation policy). Clients need to be fit for telehealth – no extreme ends of presentations, no recent suicide attempts, hospitalisations etc.

Referral Process

• Clients can be referred by an organisation (Paperwork  eg: Mental Health Care Plan, must be included in referral)
• Clients can make a booking via the service website (Paperwork  eg: Mental Health Care Plan, must be emailed to the service once a booking has been made).
