Provides a range of flexible, responsive and non-clinical mental health support services for people affected by or are at risk of Mental Health

8.30am-4.30pm

Eligibility Criteria

The FMHSS program supports children/ young people ages 0-18 and their families and/or carers who are showing early signs of mental illness. A formal diagnosis of mental health is not required to access this service.

* Short term immediate assistance for families
* Community outreach
* Mental Health education
* Community development activities

Referrals are made through community organisations or self-referral pathways.
